How to Build a New Hire Buddy Program

Join us for this week's Workflow Wednesday, where we demonstrate a journey that involves a new employee, their supervisor, and a selected workplace buddy. This journey ensures a seamless experience from the moment the employee signs their contract, a week before they start, and continues with regular check-ins and tasks after they begin. We'll also introduce an "Experience Net Promoter Score survey" (eNPS) two weeks into their journey. Feel free to use this as a model for your own buddy program, and tailor it to fit various departments, managers, locations, or any other specifics of your organization.

How to automate changes in employment rate
In this Workflow Wednesday video we showcase how Journeys could be used to automate changes in employee ratio (e.g. someone moving from 100% position to 50%), for whatever reason. There are obviously many ways to do this -- but in this Workflow Wednesday session, we're able to pull it off with 4 simple actions 1. Input form (current ratio vs new ratio) 2. Create a document from the info inputs 3. Send the created document to e-signing (with whatever e-signing tool you want, but in this demo we used GetAccept) 4. Notify Payroll Obviously dozens of different ways to implement this. Let us know if interested in a template copy to iterate for your own needs.
