50hire, often referred to as Hire by 50skills, is a product that the 50skills team has developed. It used to be branded as "50skills" - but was in April 2023 rebranded as 50hire. It has it's own website www.50hire.com
50skills is a powerful HR workflow manager that you can use to manage and automate the HR processes and work seamlessly with other HR systems in your system landscape. It has-built in form and contract builder and action blocks that can be automated to send e-mails/SMS or move data into system that you use.
50skills provides two main advantages: 1. It allows for streamlined processes and cost savings through automation. 2. It enhances the experience of employees and other stakeholders. By streamlining processes like onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding, 50skills makes life easier for everyone involved and frees up time and energy for other employee experience-boosting tasks. Our library of templates provides lots of ideas for improving the employee experience, which can be taken directly from the library and incorporated into your account.
Data points can be automatically collected in the HR process and mapped to be used in other actions in the same process. For example, you can start the employee onboarding process by sending automatically an SMS to the new hire with a link to an input form where the new hire will add their personal details. Once that form is submitted, the data will flow automatically to other actions that you've created in the same process, like into the contract template that will then be sent automatically for e-signing or into the automatic e-mail to facility management to arrange for building security access and so on.
From our experience with 50hire (www.50hire.com is our ATS - Applicant-tracking-system) we learned that the employee onboarding process is commonly quite complex and resource draining, especially in organization that have a high employee turnover. We created few addons to our ATS to streamline this process that were a huge success! So a decision was made to expand on this capability in a separate product, 50skills, and solve the challenges that companies have with any employee change process (onboarding, crossboarding, offboarding and more).
