What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are the currency used to run actions within our platform. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allocation:
Basic Automations: Consume 1 credit per action
AI Actions: Pricing varies based on the Language Learning Model (LLM) and model you choose
How are SMS actions priced?
SMS messages are not included in your plan's credits and must be pre-paid separately by adding a credit card in the system. Pricing is based on Twilio’s rates with a 20% margin. Business customers receive 100 free SMS messages and Premium customers receive 500 free SMS messages as a one-time offer. Costs vary depending on the destination, message length, and special character usage. It's on our roadmap to allow customers to have the option to connect their own Twilio account to use their own rates instead of our SMS pricing. Other SMS services can also be added to the system as integrations.

Yes, additional credits of 1,000 per month can be purchased if you need to exceed your monthly allocation or to increase your monthly credit allowance.
What is a Workflow and how does it work?
A Workflow consists of one or more actions that are executed sequentially. You add people to a Workflow (we call them travellers), and the actions run one by one until completion.
How are Al actions priced?
AI actions are priced with credits just like other actions. Amount of credits is based on the specific Language Learning Model (LLM) and model you select. Different models may have varying costs.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
If you’re on a monthly plan, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime by reaching out to our customer success team, available to chat directly from your account. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. For annual plans, whether paid monthly or annually, any changes will apply at the end of the annual billing cycle.
What is the billing cycle for the plans?
Our plans are billed monthly or annually, a 2-month discount is applied when you pay 12-months in advance. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle based on your selected plan and any additional credits or services you have added.
