Have 50skills create customised employee contracts for your company. The contracts are assembled within the onboarding area of 50skills. Managers select fields relevant for the contract for each hire and send then send out the contract.
Use 50skills contract creator to build customised documents (e.g. Employee contracts, handbooks etc) when hiring new employees. Contracts can be set up for e-signing by pairing with an e-signing solution, making the hiring process as smooth as possible. 50skills's custom contracts can be configured with Dynamic Variables. Example: If you select a certain department, and certain position, only certain salary options, and benefits can be applied. This can drastically remove error handling.
